So I was searching for something that could keep my feet held down when doing sit-ups at home. Putting my feet under my bed and other types of furniture didn't do the job, especially since I try to do 360 degree torso rotations as well.

I went to Sports Authority and found the "Iron Gym", it's this device meant mainly for upper body workouts that allows you to do different variations of pull-ups on. In addition, you can do pushups, dips, and sit-ups (which the reason I bought it)
First off, it was super easy to assemble, took me like 5-10 minutes to put it together. It feels sturdy and the parts feel very durable and well-made.
For a pull-up device, it works great. Since that is what it is intended for, it does the job well.
For a push up device, it works good, allows for deeper push ups.
For a dips device, I think it is sub-par, you can't get very deep, the instructions mention elevating your legs for advanced dips, but I rather save the dips for the gym using their equipment.
Sit-ups - The reason I bought this device. It works well, it's not 100% efficient, but it gets the job done. You have to make sure you are pulling back a bit while you are doing your sit-ups, and in my case, torso rotations. It takes a bit getting use to in regards to keeping the tension on the door so the device stays tight, but overall it does a good job with sit-ups.
I like it especially because it doesn't damage my door frames. The workout guide it comes with is pretty plain Jane, it basically says do each exercise until your form gets sloppy. I did an "Iron Gym" workout session (skipping the dips) and it wasn't bad. I wouldn't replace it with a gym workout, but I would recommend using this as a supplement to a workout plan at a normal gym or as a good way to build upper body strength for people who are new to working out.
Personally, I like it because its a good warmup exercise for the gym or before a hockey game and I am sure it will help build more muscle and definition. Nothing like good ole' pull-ups.

Sit-up View - the way the instructions show how to do it differs from how they do it on the commercial, its not a big deal though, I think it can work either way.
