People have been asking me why haven't I posted anything lately. Well I have nothing to post about, except maybe for something poopy.
For the last 10 days, I have been using this stuff called Colonix, which is a colon cleanser and system detoxification product. It basically clears you out but while clearing you out it puts good stuff back in.
They recommend for first timers to do at least 2 months if you are in average shape. I was skeptical so only did the 1 month program.
So being about 1/3 through the program, I can give you a review and will post a periodic update towards the mid and/or end of the treatment.
First off, the treatment requires you to drink tons of water, so this overall has helped me out big time, I hardly drank water and just by changing that part of my life, I feel better everyday.
One thing I like about the treatment is that it's not aggressive, other colon cleansers I have tried have forced me to be near a bathroom during the duration of me taking it. Not to mention, the pills only seemed to get the stuff out, there were no additional supplements that you were required to put back into your body.
With Colonix, not only do they make sure you are putting good stuff back in your body, but also the "taking out" process is very easy on you. You can have a few bowel movements a day, but at least for me, they are after meals and only in the morning. My sister is also taking it and she says she goes to the bathroom about 4-5 times a day, but its a piece of cake, compared to other cleansers she has tried such as the "Master Cleanser"
Overall I feel healthier and better as each day goes on. I have tried Philips Colon Health, Activia, and many other things to help regulate myself, I feel that Colonix will reset my system to get things going on the right path.
Hope this helps any skeptics who want to purchase Colonix.
